Very little is known about J. M. Salva, a state official in Argentina’s Entre Ríos province. He was based in the city of Paraná, on whose behalf he signed the regulations of the Lucienville agricultural colony.

Report from Lucienville Agricultural Colony
Founded in 1900 by members of Lucienville colony, the Jewish Agricultural Society was one of the first agricultural cooperatives in Argentina and is still in existence today.
