Erez Komarovsky

b. 1962

Erez Komarovsky is an Israeli chef who trained in France and Japan, and worked in San Francisco in the 1980s. He returned to Israel in the 1990s. Komarovsky owns the Erez Breads bakery in Herzliya, near Tel Aviv, with branches throughout the country. He now lives in the Galilee region.
