Shimon Apisdorf

b. 1957

Shimon Apisdorf grew up in Cleveland. An ordained rabbi and popular speaker, Apisdorf is the co-founder and educational director of the Jewish Literacy Foundation as well as the Leviathan Press. His books address Jewish holidays and heritage. He has received two Benjamin Franklin Awards from the Publishers Marketing Association. Apisdorf lives in Baltimore.
