Three representatives of the Prague Burial Society in the 1730s are pictured in these portraits: Jonas Jeitteles (1735–1806, the community’s official physician), Rabbi Leib Fayvel Dayan (another officer of the burial society), and Israel Frankel (d. 1767), head of the Jewish community of Prague. Each subject’s name and title is written in Hebrew in the bottom section of the oval frame.
