Glenn Frankel
b. 1949
Glenn Frankel was born in the Bronx, and grew up in Rochester, New York, and attended Columbia University. An American journalist, he served as the Washington Post bureau chief in southern Africa, Jerusalem, and London. The recipient of a Pulitzer Prize for reporting on the first Palestinian Intifada and the National Jewish Book Award, he is the author of several nonfiction books.
