Dominique Schnapper

b. 1934

Sociologist Dominique Schnapper was born in Paris. Holding doctorates in both sociology and the arts, she was the president of the French Society of Sociology, has been the director at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales, and is a member of France’s Conseil Constitutionel.
