Jacqueline Osherow

b. 1956

Jacqueline Osherow grew up in Philadelphia and is a professor of English at the University of Utah. The themes of her writing often concern the Holocaust and the role of witnesses. She has received the Witter Bynner Prize, fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts, and the John Masefield Memorial Award.
