Shimon Adaf

b. 1972

Shimon Adaf was born in Sderot, Israel. As a poet and novelist, he has explored the use of classical and modern Hebrew. He has also been a journalist specializing in rock music, as well as an editor for the Keter publishing house. Adaf received the Ministry of Education Award, the Prime Minister’s Prize, and the Yehuda Amichai Prize for Poetry.
