Alicia Freilich
b. 1939
Venezuelan-born Alicia Freilich (de Segal) is a journalist, educator, Zionist activist, and author of essays and works of fiction. She has received the Fernando Jeno International Literary Prize, the Francisco de Miranda medal for journalistic excellence, and is a professor of literature at the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
