Francesco Griselini
1717–1787
Author, artist, and publisher Francesco Griselini was born in Venice, the son of a dyer and silk weaver. He was also a cartographer and a botanist and was known for his 1780 scholarly book on the history and culture of the Banat of Timisoara.
