b. 1955

A native of Israel who now lives in Canada, Edeet Ravel is an educator in Jewish studies, creative writing, and English literature, as well as the author of novels, poetry, and children’s books. She is the recipient of several literary awards, including the Norma Epstein National Writing Award.
