A. Beilin was in the revolutionary movement in the Russian Empire and likely remained within the Soviet Union. His memoir appeared in the work Royte bleter, Zamelbukh far der geshichte fun der revolutzionerer bavegung ba Yidn (Red Pages: Collection of the Revolutionary Movement of the Jews).
