Yisroel Sosis
1878–ca. 1967
Historian Yisroel Sosis was a member of the Bund until 1920 and then of the Soviet Communist Party. He was affiliated with the Institute of Belorussian Culture in Minsk but was severely criticized as being too favorable to the Bund and insufficiently “Party-minded.”
