Tatiana Akhtman

b. 1959

Born in Ukraine, Tatiana Akhtman immigrated to Israel in 1990, and now lives near Jerusalem. Her confessional “poema” in prose depicts her experience of adjusting to life in Israel. Akhtman’s other works include short stories, essays, and an adaptation of Hamlet.
