Rose Zwi

1928–2018

Mexican-born Rose Zwi, a writer who immigrated to South Africa as a child, lived in Australia. Best known for her novels and short stories about immigrants in South Africa, Zwi received the Olive Schreiner Prize and the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission Fiction Award.
