Rodger Kamenetz

b. 1950

Born in Baltimore, Rodger Kamenetz is an author, poet, and speaker. A professor of English, philosophy, and religious studies at Louisiana State University, Kamenetz was also the founding director of both the MFA program in creative writing and the Jewish studies program. His book Stalking Elijah received the National Jewish Book Award for Jewish Thought.
