Perla Suez

b. 1947

Perla Suez, born in Córdoba, Argentina, grew up in the province of Entre Ríos, in a region where Jewish immigrants had settled in the nineteenth century. She is the author of children’s fiction as well as novels for adults. Among other awards, Suez received a Guggenheim Fellowship and the Rímulo Gallegos Award.
