Isaac Imber
1907–2005
Born in New York City, Isaac Imber was an active member of several Zionist organizations, including the Haganah. A real estate professional, he also wrote poetry, publishing three collections in Yiddish and English. In 1949 Imber was granted the honorary title of major in the Haganah.
