Gabriel Bensimhon
b. 1938
Gabriel Bensimhon is a playwright, screenwriter, prose writer, and poet. Born in Morocco, he immigrated to pre-State Israel when he was nine. Bensimhon has taught at the Sorbonne, and teaches film and theater at Tel Aviv University. He has also written several research studies on film.
