Ethel G. Hofman

Ethel Hofman grew up in the Shetland Isles in the north of Scotland, and lives in the United States. She is a syndicated Jewish food columnist, cookbook author, and food editor of the Baltimore Jewish Times and the Philadelphia Jewish Exponent. Hofman is also a past president of the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
