David Singer

b. 1941

David Singer earned his bachelor’s degree at Yeshiva University and his doctorate at Brown University. He is director of research and editor of the American Jewish Year Book at the American Jewish Committee. He researches and lectures about Jewish identity, political behavior, and antisemitism, and has written widely for periodicals and scholarly journals, including Commentary, Midstream, American Quarterly, and Tradition.
