Blu Greenberg

b. 1936

Born in Seattle and raised there and in New York, Blu Greenberg is an author and lecturer who is active in the movement to bridge feminism and Orthodox Judaism. She holds master’s degrees in clinical psychology and Jewish history. Greenberg served as the co-founder and first president of the Jewish Orthodox Feminist Alliance, and in 2000 was honored by the American Jewish Congress Commission for Women’s Equality.
