Albert Goldbarth

b. 1948

Born in Chicago, Albert Goldbarth is a poet, essayist, and educator who serves as the Adele M. Davis Distinguished Professor of Humanities at Wichita State University. The only poet to have twice been awarded the National Book Critics Circle Award, he has written more than thirty works.
