Alan M. Tigay

b. 1947

Born in Detroit, Alan M. Tigay has served as executive editor of Hadassah Magazine and is an administrator of that publication’s Harold U. Ribalow Prize for fiction. He has produced editions of The Jewish Traveler: Hadassah Magazine’s Guide to the World’s Jewish Communities and Sights. Tigay also writes for the New York Times and the Boston Globe.
